Inspired by his time in Pondicherry’s vibrant kitchens and his unique fusion of French, Italian, and Indian flavors, Mr. Manoharan opened Tasty Café in 2002 as the town’s first Western-style restaurant. Today, we serve comfort food with a global twist, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
